Can I use chocolate bars instead of chocolate chips?

If you're really wanting to make this chocolate fondue recipe, but all you have on hand is chocolate bars, you could definitely use those instead of chocolate chips – however, be aware that depending on the quality of the chocolate, you may need to add additional heavy cream or additional cream of coconut to get the correct consistency for a chocolate fountain type flow 🙂
