The customer service agents at @Xfinity are nice, but I wish they were accurate. I went to pick up a replacement phone because the phone agent said I could get it immediately at the local store. After 40 minutes in line, I'm told warranty exchanges have to be mailed. #FAIL

@Xfinity , how do I get WhatsApp video calls to connect through my Xfinity WiFi? It worked over a year ago, but I have tried every setting on my Android phone, to no avail. WhatsApp video calls work on Verizon wireless network, but not Xfinity

Scheduling a tech to come to my apt to see wassup with my router. I'm assure it has to be my complex problem because this is a second brand new modem from xfinity and its still having the same issues with no outages in my area and no cable problems.
