i am a big fan of this recipe and i always end up making this recipe whenever i have some leftover bread slices in my kitchen slab. as a matter of fact, i inherited this recipe from my father, as he uses to make this regularly. even today, when i visit back home, he still makes it for me as an evening snack recipe. basically, in this bread masala recipe i have tried to showcase his style but certainly cannot match his taste. i tried to decode his recipe, but every time he adds or subtracts some ingredients which makes it ideal lip-smacking snack. the combination of pav bhaji masala and tangy tomato sauce makes full of flavour with sourness and spiciness in each bite.

furthermore, i would like to add some tips and suggestions for a perfect and spicy bread masala recipe. firstly, i would heavily recommend using leftover white sandwich bread slices for this recipe. you would not get the same crisp and taste with multigrain or brown bread slices. secondly, once the recipe is made, it has to be served immediately. the bread has to be crisp, otherwise, it may absorb the moist and may turn soggy. lastly, i have not added extra chilli sauce to the masala bread mixture as pav bhaji powder has required spice. having said that, if you require more spice add as per your taste bud.
