Along with surf, sand, and endless sunshine, one of the best things about a trip to the Hawaiian Islands is the drinks. But you don't need to get boozy to enjoy a taste of the tropics. Our Hawaiian nonacolohlic drinks taste like a vacay in Hawaii, but you won't need a nap to shake off the effects.
Virgin Mai Tai Mocktail
On my very first trip to the island of Kauai, we were handed a mai tai the second we walked into the hotel lobby. It tasted exactly like I expected Hawaii to taste, and I was hooked. I love an alcohol-free version of the mai tai because it's hydrating and tropical, but I can keep a clear head to truly enjoy all the sunshine.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces orgeat syrup
- Ice
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
- In a co*cktail shaker, combine the lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orgeat syrup, and crushed ice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges.

Can't find orgeat syrup? Almond syrup will work, too.
Blue Hawaii Mocktail
This drink that's as blue is the ocean is pure Hawaii. It even has Hawaii in the name. It's a quick refresher whenever you want a yummy Hawaiian mocktail.
Ingredients
- ¾ ounces lime juice
- ¾ ounces blue curaçao
- 1½ ounces pineapple juice
- Ice
- Club soda
Instructions
- In a co*cktail shaker, combine the lime juice, bluecuraçao syrup, pineapple juice, and ice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a poco grandeglass filled with fresh ice.
- Top off with club soda.
- Garnish with a cherry.
POG Punch
Remember the Pogs game from the 90s? It's named after the most delicious, juicy tropical drink you can have, containing passionfruit juice, orange juice, and guava juice. It's a delicious combo that definitely tastes like the a Hawaiian vacation.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces passionfruit juice
- 2 ounces guava juice
- 4 ounces orange juice
- Ice
- Club soda or coconut water
- Guava slice to garnish
Instructions
- In a glass, combine the juices. Add ice and stir to chill.
- Top off with club soda or coconut water to completely fill your glass.
- Garnish with a slice of guava
Nonalcoholic Hawaiian Island Surfer Mocktail
This nonalcoholic Hawaiian drink will remind you of sun, sea, and suntan lotion (in the best way possible), so it's the perfect mocktail for a taste of the tropics.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces orange sorbet
- 8 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass.
Nonacloholic Hawaii 5-0
We love the ocean blue of this co*cktail and the tasty tropical flavors that make it truly special.
Ingredients
- ¾ ounce lime juice
- ¾ ounce blue curaçao syrup
- 2ounces zero-proofrum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- Ice
- Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish
Instructions
- In a co*cktail shaker, combine the lime juice, blue curaçao syrup, zero-proof rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a co*cktail glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a co*cktail cherry.
Hawaiian Twist Mocktail
Can't get enough of the tropical fruit flavors in Hawaii? Us either! We love this sweet blended Hawaiian mocktailbursting with banana and pineapple flavors.
Ingredients
- ½ banana, peeled and sliced
- 8 ounces pineapple juice
- 1½ ounces coconut milk
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a goblet or hurricane glass.
Piña Colada Mocktail
While piña coladas aren't Hawaiian, they definitely have the tropical taste of Hawaii with pineapple juice and coconut cream. I've certainly had my share of them in Hawaii, and I especially love this mocktail version.
Ingredients
- ¾ ounce lime juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1½ ounces zero-proof rum or coconut water
- ½ cup crushed ice
- Cherry for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut cream, zero-proof rum,and crushed ice.
- Cover and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a poco grande glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Sunny Hawaii Mocktail
This creamy drink will leave you feeling like you're sipping on pure Hawaiian sunshine.
Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup guava juice
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ ouncegrenadine
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 scoop orange sherbet
- Orange wedge for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, guava juice, coconut milk, grenadine, lime juice, ice, and sherbet.
- Cover and blend on high until smooth.

Hawaiian Passion Non-Alcoholic Punch
I love the sweet combo of tropical and citrus juice in this sparkling, hydrating mocktail party punch, which makes 10 servings.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces passionfruit juice
- 16 ounces pineapple juice
- 16 ounces orange juice
- 8 ounces guava nectar
- 1 liter ginger ale
- Ice
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and guava nectar. Stir.
- Add the ginger ale and ice.
Nonalcoholic Kona-Coco-Coffee Tini
Love an espresso martini but don't love the boozy buzz? Our Hawaiian version uses Hawaii's finest Kona coffee, a hint of lime, zero-proof rum (sub coconut water if you wish), and coconut cream for a tastycoffee-flavored martini without the booze.

- 2 ounces strong-brewed Kona coffee
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- ½ ounce lime juice
- 1½ ounces zero-proof rum
- Ice
- Chocolate shavings and coffee beans
